What is Poke-Pets?
Poke-pets are custom, hand-drawn cards that transform your beloved pets into unique anime-style characters. Each card showcases your pet with personalized moves, stats, and an artistic design that reflects their personality
How does the process work?
● Customize your Poke-pet’s card information.
● Upload a clear photo of your pet (and custom scene if chosen).
● We’ll design and hand-draw your pet as a unique anime-inspired character.
● Your custom Poke-pet card will be created and shipped to you!
What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend submitting high-quality, well-lit photos where your pet’s face and unique features are clearly visible. Avoid blurry images or photos with heavy shadows. If custom scene is chosen, please upload an example and follow the same tips. The better the photo, the more accurate and detailed the artwork will be!
Can I request specific elements for my pet’s design?
Absolutely! During card creation, you’ll have the option to share details about your pet’s personality, favorite toys, quirks, or traits within the “additional info” section.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our usual processing time is 3-4 business days for the artwork and card creation. After your approval we will ship your physical card. Shipping times vary based on your location:
● Domestic: 3-5 business days
● International: 10-15 business days
IMPORTANT: 24-HOUR ARTWORK APPROVAL WINDOW
We’ll create your digital artwork within 3-4 business days and send it to you via email. You’ll have 24 hours to review and either approve the artwork or request changes. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, the design will be automatically approved, and we’ll move forward with printing.
What sizes are the cards?
Each card is approximately 2.5 x 3.5 inches, matching standard trading card dimensions. This makes it perfect for collecting, framing, or even using in a trading card binder!
Do you offer digital versions of the cards?
At this time, we only offer physical cards to ensure each Poke-pet feels truly special as a collectible item. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, hand-drawn artwork in trading card form that you can hold, display, and treasure.
What if I’m not satisfied with the final product?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find a solution that ensures you’re happy with your Poke-pet experience.
What types of pets can I order as Poke-Pets?
We accept all kinds of pets! While dogs and cats are the most common, we’ve also created cards for birds, rabbits, reptiles, and even fish. If it’s a pet, we can turn it into an anime-style character!
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We occasionally offer special promotions and discounts throughout the year. Follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on any upcoming deals!
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can request changes within the 24-hour artwork approval window. Once we send the artwork, please respond to our follow-up approval email within 24 hours if you’d like to request any adjustments. If we don’t hear back within that time, the design will be automatically approved, and further changes may not be possible.

What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. If you’re having

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs processes. Additional shipping fees may apply for international orders.
Are these official Pokemon products?
Poke-pets are fan-made creations inspired by Pokémon but are not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company. They are purely for artistic enjoyment and are meant to celebrate both our beloved pets.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! If you’re looking to order multiple cards (10+), contact us for bulk pricing. This is a great option for gifts, group events, or businesses that want to offer custom products.
What happens if my order gets lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us at pokepets362@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll replace any damaged cards and assist you in tracking down lost packages.
